Jim Doughfman was the Practice Manager at Pulmonary Associates of Saint Augustine from 2014-2020.  Jim was just one of those people that brought the best out of everyone around him.  He always knew how to make people smile, and knew the importance of not taking yourself too seriously and laughing often.  Jim was unfortunately diagnosed with cancer in 2018.  For two years Jim fought, everyday still making time to laugh and enjoy life, despite how sick the medication he took to keep his cancer at bay made him feel.  He went on bucket list trips with the love of his life, Adrianne, and was able to walk his daughter down the aisle for her wedding.  On November 20th, 2020, Jim passed away after his long battle with cancer.  Jim is omnipresent in our lives, the work that we do, and how it is that we approach caring for our patients..... with empathy, humility, and compassion.
